- حفظ و اجرای ممنوعیتهای شدید بر تمام محتوای غیرتوافقی، خشونتآمیز، سوءاستفادهگر یا مرتبط با کودکان (واقعی یا مصنوعی)، از جمله deepfakeها بدون رضایت صریح.
- الزام به تأیید سن قوی، مستندسازی رضایت و استانداردهای رفاه شرکتکنندگان برای تمام محتوای تولیدشده توسط انسان موجود.
- تشویق پلتفرمها به اولویتدهی، برچسبگذاری و تبلیغ محتوای «کاملاً مصنوعی – بدون آسیب انسانی».
- ارائه مشوقهای مالیاتی، کمکهای مالی یا برنامههای گواهی برای تولید مصنوعی اخلاقی که به guardrailهای شدید پایبند است (مثلاً عدم نمایش افراد واقعی بدون رضایت، عدم خشونت، عدم CSAM).
- حمایت از برنامههای بازآموزی و انتقال اقتصادی برای شرکتکنندگان و کارکنان فعلی صنعت.
- معرفی تدریجی اقداماتی مانند هزینههای پلتفرمی بالاتر یا سهمیههای محتوایی به نفع مواد مصنوعی.
- اجازه ادامه محتوای بزرگسالان توافقی تولیدشده توسط انسان تحت مقررات تقویتشده در این دوره، با احترام به استقلال شخصی و آزادی بیان برای تولیدکنندگان و مصرفکنندگان.
- هنگامی که محتوای مصنوعی به پذیرش گسترده، بلوغ فنی و عادیسازی فرهنگی رسید — و هنگامی که سیستمهای حمایتی اقتصادی (مانند درآمد پایه همگانی یا خدمات پایه) کارگران جابهجا شده را به طور کافی حمایت کرد — انتقال به سمت مدلی که سرگرمی بزرگسالان عمدتاً یا کاملاً مصنوعی باشد، و ساختار استثمار افراد واقعی در این بخش حذف شود.

Dear I am writing to propose a thoughtful, phased approach to addressing one of the most persistent ethical challenges in the digital age: the exploitation inherent in much of the human-produced adult entertainment industry.While consensual adult pornography involving real performers is currently legal in many jurisdictions (subject to strict consent, age verification, and labor protections), the industry has long been associated with significant human harms. These include economic coercion, psychological trauma, trafficking, unsafe working conditions, and long-term exploitation of vulnerable individuals — often disproportionately affecting women and marginalized groups.Recent advancements in generative artificial intelligence now make it technically feasible to produce high-quality, fully synthetic adult content (AI-generated imagery, video, and interactive experiences) that involves no real human performers. Such content eliminates the need for physical participation, consent negotiation with individuals, payment to performers, or any form of direct human exploitation in production.To align technological progress with fundamental ethical principles — particularly the reduction of harm and the liberation of humans from degrading or coercive labor — I respectfully propose the following phased transition policy framework:
- Immediate and strengthened protections
- Maintain and enforce strict prohibitions on all non-consensual, violent, abusive, or child-related content (real or synthetic), including deepfakes without explicit consent.
- Require robust age verification, consent documentation, and performer welfare standards for all existing human-produced content.
- Promotion and incentivization of synthetic alternatives (Phase 1: 5–10 years)
- Encourage platforms to prioritize, label, and promote “Fully Synthetic – No Human Harm” content.
- Provide tax incentives, grants, or certification programs for ethical synthetic production that adheres to strict guardrails (e.g., no depictions of real individuals without consent, no violence, no CSAM).
- Support retraining and economic transition programs for current performers and industry workers.
- Gradual restriction of human-produced content (Phase 2)
- Introduce progressive measures such as higher platform fees or content quotas favoring synthetic material.
- Allow consensual human-produced adult content to continue under enhanced regulations during this period, recognizing personal autonomy and freedom of expression for both creators and consumers.
- Long-term vision (Phase 3)
- Once synthetic content achieves widespread acceptance, technical maturity, and cultural normalization — and once economic support systems (e.g., universal basic services or income) adequately protect displaced workers — transition toward a model where adult entertainment is predominantly or exclusively synthetic, thereby removing the structural exploitation of real people in this sector.
- Human rights and freedoms (no abrupt prohibition of consensual adult expression).
- Economic realities (avoiding sudden job loss for thousands of workers).
- Technological feasibility (building on current rapid progress in generative AI).
- Ethical imperatives (prioritizing harm reduction and human dignity over perpetuation of exploitative systems).
